Any word on a re-open date?
Is the studio open on Tuesday? I logged into the app and noticed time slots for classes... I haven’t seen any posts saying that it’ll be up and running by then so I’m a little confused, as well as my status for classes since everything froze
I am going through withdrawals... I may have to build me a "row" machine.
Just finished my at home work out... introduced the fiancé to it too!! ❤️ can’t wait till your back open! Stay safe and healthy everyone!! Cheers!
Today’s workout with the hubby. Some base, some push and few all outs outside. We miss my OFT crew though.( 🖤 not bad for a “bootleg” home workout.
Those exercises we did on Friday with the band on our wrists have shown me a new level of sore I wasn't sure existed!

We are issuing a get outside and get moving challenge! We are placing our OTF South Riding splat rock somewhere on the South Riding Fitness Trail. If you find it, take a selfie and send it us (don’t touch it! 😆) and then do 10 full (that’s a push up AND jump or calf raise) burpees!

Whoever finds it first will receive a OTF gift bag when we reopen! 🏃‍♀️🍊🧡
