If you haven't had a chance to, come visit our new joint down in Georgetown on Airport Way right next to Two Tartes Bakery..Zippy's Giant Burgers. An old school burger family run burger shack. The Giant in the name hark ens back to the day when a 1/4 burger was considered giant. Our big patties weigh in around 1/3 # .We use only 100% chuck that we grind in house. No fat is added and each burger truly is a little bit different. Don't forget to give our private label root beer a tasted.Tasty Char broiled burgers served up in Historical Georgetown . Zippy's really is off the beaten path. If you choose to call ahead and we aren't answering the phone we're slammed with customers in the restaurant. Kick back enjoy and ice cold soda or beer. If you're an early riser stop by for one of our breakfast sammies and a cup of Cafe Vita coffee.

As I/we inch closer to the nine year anniversary of zippy's giant burgers. I'd/we'd like to share some trivia. In nine years we've ground fresh daily over 700,000 pounds of chuck. That is over 2,000,000 patties (yea two million) that have been made by hand. That's not counting bean burgers and chicken. At least 100,000 pounds of bacon fried up fresh every morning on the flat grill.
Not to sound pandering. If it wasn't for the Zippy's Family there's no way we could've made this happen and last so long..
