Big Boy Blue, from Willapa Hills Cheese in Washington is this week's #MongerMonday pick! This cheese has a mottled grey natural rind, is earthy and a little funky, but still is a little sweet and quite creamy to temper the blue cheese tang. This is a blue that lives up to it’s name in both flavor and bite.
Happy #MongerMonday everyone! Today's pick is our very own Dutch Hollow Dulcet, which is made with Jersey cow milk straight from Dutch Hollow Farms just outside of Albany, New York. Its flavor is lightly tangy, elegant, and rich with butterfat. We love this cheese grilled into a panini with smoked ham and apples.
