We are thrilled to announce the publication of Irene's dear friend and colleague Danielle Rama Hoffman's book THE TABLETS OF LIGHT: THE TEACHINGS OF THOTH ON UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS.

Engaging you in a multidimensional conversation directly with Thoth, the Egyptian god of wisdom and keeper of the Akashic Records, each tablet transmission in this book includes embedded light codes of high vibrational energy and consciousness, which activate hidden keys to conscious evolution within your soul. Offering the opportunity to leave behind and evolve outdated ways of being, such as acting from fear, being restrained by self-consciousness, and hiding your brilliance, the teachings of the Tablets of Light enable you to awaken oracular vision, re-establish quantum consciousness, become vibrationally autonomous, and activate your Divine Light Body.

Plants can see, hear and smell – and respond

"The main contribution of our work has been to provide a reason for why plants are affected by sound," says Appel. A Beethoven symphony is of little consequence to a plant, but the approach of a hungry caterpillar is another story. "We showed that plants responded to an ecologically-relevant 'sound' with an ecologically-relevant response," says Cocroft."

REPLENISHING SPRING
SPACES STILL AVAILABLE

Join Ashera Serfaty, who has just returned from living in Peru and Irene Ingalls, freshly returned from her pilgrimage to Egypt, in a delicious, three day rejuvenation retreat, welcoming in the Spring!

We gather together at Mosswood Retreat Center in Duvall, Washington to replenish our energies after the long winter and reconnect to nature through ceremony, play and meditation. Nestled on forty acres in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Mosswood offers us the perfect setting for replenishing our bodies and spirits.

Come play with us as we release and transform the old into fresh material for awakening our unique voices and soul path. We transform the heavy into light through movement, sound, ceremony and connecting to nature. We still have spaces available for this unique collaboration and we look forward to having you join us!
