Many of you have asked about what comes after Pies & Pints and, well, this is it. You’ll be pleased to know that the crew of The Westy will continue to serve you and all of our Roosevelt neighbors just as Pies & Pints has for the past thirteen years. The space will look a little different, but you’ll get great food and drinks, cold beers, and excellent service.
While we are saddened to have left, we are excited about this transition. The team at The Westy is committed to building community and becoming a gathering place for the neighborhood - just like we did, and just like they are doing in West Seattle. Check out what people are saying about them - they are definitely bringing the passion - and look up their menu to get some mouthwatering anticipation of what’s to come.
Thank you JP and Paul for the well wishes and we look forward to coming in for a pint and some grub when the work is done.
With much love to all, here's to good food, good friends, and good times.
Pies & Pints
Thank you Kenny for keeping our ship off of the rocks, for guiding us true, and for taking good care of our pirate crew.
We Love You
Without whom, none of this would have been possible. Thank you for giving us a home, Vincent. ❤️❤️❤️
Today is the last day of Pies & Pints.
We open at 4pm and we will be here until we run out of pies.
This week has been incredible. After 13 years and some change, we've made a lot of great friends and made a lot of memories and it's been fantastic walking down memory lane.
It's hard to see it go, truly. But tonight is about celebrating those memories, as much as mourning them.
We hope you'll find a moment today to swing by for a beer or a pie.
Please be patient. We're expecting a big turn out and you can probably expect a little bit of a wait for a table.
I'm excited to see who gets the last pie... 😌
2 more days!!!
Today, Friday the 14th, we will be open from 5pm to 9pm.
Try saying, Penultimate Pies & Pints Party, five times fast. Now try doing it like Daffy Duck. Isn't that fun?
3 more days!!!
We're getting down to the wire, friends!
As we get close to our last night, we have to have our eyes set on running out of as much food as possible by our last night. We don't like waste and perishable foods will have to be thrown out once we close. So the responsible thing to do is try not to have anything left on Sunday.
That being said, you may see our menu become increasingly narrow as the week goes on. Our top goal is to make sure we still have lots of pies and lots of pints on Saturday night. We'll still have a couple of other things too, but I wanted to take a moment to set clear expectations.
It's really great to be going out with a bang, on our own terms. It's a luxury many small restaurants don't have, so we thank you for all of your support. Our community is absolutely the best.
Marc is bartending tonight! Let's show him some love!
4 more days!!!
Tonight is Neal's last bartending shift before he moves to Chicago in May! Neal has been with Pies for over 8 years, is everyone's favorite person to work with and has won the coveted "Pies & Pints Funniest Employee" award for the last three straight years!
Let's make it rain in the bar tonight and send Neal off with some love. ❤️
5 more days!
If any of you have had trouble getting a table or getting your favorite pie, because we keep running out, know that we are sorry and we're doing our best. This is literally the busiest we've ever been.
We're short-staffed, and emotionally exhausted. Your affection and support are truly appreciated, but please be patient.
We love you and we're giving you everything we've got.
Tonight we will be very full with our last ever trivia night.
Thanks for your understanding.
