Working with an experienced agent is important. But why work with only ONE agent when you can have an entire team of experienced professionals working for you?
Here are some advantages of working with us:
Eric Robison is the designated broker for two Seattle Keller Williams’ offices and oversees hundreds of contracts per year. He brings this skill set to your transaction, whether it’s strategically pricing your home or negotiating on your behalf. An expert negotiator, Eric’s clients have won numerous multiple-offer situations. Eric is highly respected in the real estate community and his reputation will benefit you.
• One-on-one Service
Our agents thrive on client interaction—taking buyers on home tours and conducting public open houses. They deliver personable, one-on-one service and work in tandem with the entire team to give their buyers and sellers unparalleled customer service. Team members collaborate, strategize and negotiate hard for both their sellers and buyers, making sure no details are missed and all deadlines are monitored throughout the entire closing process.
• Marketing & Coordination
We handle all print and Web marketing for our sellers’ homes, as well as transaction coordination for both our sellers and buyers once we have mutual acceptance on their contract. Each listing receives a dedicated media and marketing campaign, ensuring our sellers’ homes receive maximum exposure.
A member of our team is always available. If someone is sick or goes on vacation, the others step in to help! Each person has a specific role, but we fully support each other and our clients. You will never feel like you are “out of the loop” or someone isn’t returning your call.
There is no additional cost for you to have a team of dedicated professionals working in your corner. No gimmicks, just great service.
We look forward to being your real estate team!

homevalueplus.info I took a slight risk with this one. But, I really liked the payoff.
This week’s Song of the Week, “13 Beaches” by Lana Del Rey, is from her July album, Lust for Life.
Inspired by a real-life experience the New York singer/songwriter had last summer when she had to search 13 beaches in order to escape the paparazzi and find a quiet spot to read, the song’s intro is a clip from the 1962 horror film, Carnival of Souls. Which seems fitting for Del Rey, who is known for her melodramatic, moody ballads and girl-group looks of the ’50s or ’60s. Critics write that Del Rey has really come into her own on this album—her fifth—which finds an earthier, stripped-down version of the typically heavily made-up, mysterious songstress.

This week's #SongoftheWeek is "Shark Smile" by Brooklyn-based Big Thief. Critics applaud Big Thief’s sophomore album, Capacity, released in June of this year – a mere year after their first album, Masterpiece. Accelerating the tempo of critics’ praise is the backstory surrounding the “album that almost wasn’t.” It turns out itinerant Lenker (she lives out of her van, Bonnie) and her bandmates happened upon a month-long house-sitting gig in an upstate New York home with a recording studio. While camping out at the property, the band unearthed the archives of childhood, wrote songs, built bonfires, and committed their storytelling to tracks on this beautiful, heartfelt release.
