We use quality, happy meats. We smoke em an hour & a half per pound over a wood fire. Our sauce & sides are made from scratch.
Our Master of Meats has suffered a back injury, which means that Campfire will unfortunately be closed until further notice.

Current Status Report:
For those of you who have not heard the news yet ... Stefan, our Master of Meats. has suffered a back injury which is forcing us to take a hiatus of unknown length from the very labor intensive world of BBQ while he heals.
This means that we are currently unavailable for business.
Thank you to everyone for your love and well wishes. We appreciate the outpouring of support from all aspects of this wonderful community we've built!
We'll keep everyone updated on developments as things progress.

This is our last week before we go on hiatus so that Stef's back can heal.
We WILL be open our regular hours Thursday May 25th through Sunday May 28th from 4 pm to 9 pm or until we sell out!
We will be rotating some elk and pork belly as our special meat guests this week!!

We should also mention that Citizen will still be keeping the Beer Garden open and bringing in Food Truck Guests while we are on hiatus!
We've got some news we need to impart and there doesn't seem to be a perfect way to do it so here goes.
Campfire BBQ will be closing for an undetermined amount of time at the end of May.
Your hard working Pitmaster, Stefan has sustained a back injury that will force us to take a hiatus from BBQ so that he can heal.
We are going to make every effort to make it through the next few weeks until the end of May so that our staff will have an opportunity to find other work and you guys will have an opportunity to stock up on BBQ before we close.
We will try to keep our current schedule of Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 9 pm or sell out with our last day falling on Sunday May 28th.
Thanks for your understanding and support during this difficult time. We'll keep you updated on developments and we hope to see you before we go.
