Meet our second Game of Chefs competitor Will Gordon!
Will Gordon is the Chef de Cuisine at Westward, where he’s been for the past ten months. Prior to that, he served as sous chef at How to Cook a Wolf and has also cooked at Crush and Spring Hill in Seattle, and at San Francisco’s Incanto for Chef Chris Cosentino. Will has degrees in Political Science and Spanish, and is a PNW native, growing up on San Juan Island. His basic cooking philosophy is food should be simple, but focused and thoughtful. (Apparently, he also makes some incredible octopus.)

We’re spotlighting Seattle’s oldest winery, Wilridge July 26th at Game of Chefs. Their handcrafted wines come from select vineyard sites across the state, representing a full range of what Washington’s wine country has to offer!

The Pike Brewing Company was recently featured in Beer Magazine for their Hive Five Hopped Honey Ale! We’ll also be showcasing their brews at our Game of Chefs competition in Pike Place Market’s Atrium Kitchen this July 26th. All their beer is brewed just blocks from the party—it doesn’t get more locally sourced then that!

Are these cocktails not stunning? (They’re twice as good as they look!) You can find OOLA Distillery up on Capitol hill, AND creating a signature cocktail at our Game of Chefs party later this July!
