Holy Mountain Brewing

Barrels, Brett, hops. Brewery and Taproom in Seattle, Washington.

Today is the 3rd annual Engine House No. 9 / Holy Mountain tap takeover at The Masonry! This is one of our favorite events of the year and a perfect close to our Seattle Beer Week. All beers will be on tap when The Masonry opens at 11:30 so swing by anytime today and take advantage of this awesome lineup!

TONIGHT is our Seattle Beer Week tap takeover at Slow Boat Tavern!!
Beers will be tapped at 2 and will be available through the afternoon/evening depending on quantities. The lineup is pretty ridiculous, so you should probably stop by and party with us!

Today at 3, we're tapping CATHEDRAL, an extremely refreshing Kölsh-style ale brewed with German Plisner, wheat malt, and hopped with Hallertau Blanc & Nelson Sauvin. Cathedral will be available on tap and in growlers.

Also, in case you haven't heard, our good friends at Slow Boat Tavern will be hosting us tomorrow (Tuesday) for a Seattle Beer Week tap takeover featuring 19 Holy Mountain beers! Don't miss this one!

This Saturday, May 6th at 12noon, we're releasing bottles of CORINTH and RAISE THE DEAD.

CORINTH is a sour ale that was fermented entirely in oak barrels with a house mixed culture. It was then transferred into oak puncheons and aged on a large amount of black currants. $20/750ml bottle, 3 bottle limit per person, 60 cases.

RAISE THE DEAD is a Broyhan Ale aged in gin barrels and brewed in collaboration with our friend Sebastian from Freigeist Bierkultur. Brewed with 100% malted and unmalted wheat, Raise the Dead was fermented with a house wild culture in a mix of gin barrels from our friends at Captive Spirits. Broyhan is one of many defunct historical German beer styles that Freigeist is committed to resurrecting and we're honored to play our part in bringing this beer back from the dead. $17/750ml bottle, 3 bottle limit per person, 64 cases.

Both beers will also be on tap in the Taproom when we open at noon.

Please NO DRINKING in line or anywhere outside of our building. If you appear intoxicated, you will not be sold beer of any kind. Please be respectful of everyone in line and when you arrive, take a place at the very end of the line.

This Wednesday at 3pm, we're releasing FIVE OF SWORDS, our annual IPA collaboration brewed with our good friends from Engine House No. 9 in Tacoma.
This batch is brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Centennial and Simcoe and clocks in at 6.3% abv. Five of Swords will be available on tap, in pre-filled 32oz growlers, and in t-shirt form.

We're ready to pour beer for you at the always awesome @hamahamaoysters Oyster-Rama. Come on out and don't miss this!

TONIGHT ONLY in the Holy Mountain Taproom, our good friend Bob from Salt Blade is going to be serving Adult Lunchables featuring Salt Blades' insanely delicious cured meats. 2 options will be available starting at 5pm. $10 + tax each. Hope to see you tonight!

For Seattle Beer Week, we're partnering with our friends from Lark and Cloudburst Brewing for a ridiculously awesome beer dinner. Tickets can be purchased here:

End of an amazing few days in the great city of Philadelphia. Thanks to @decibelmagazine for putting on one bad ass festival of music and beer. It's been great catching up with old friends, and making a bunch of new ones.

This coming Thursday, we're hosting our good friend Bob from Salt Blade in the Taproom! He'll be serving some of his incredible hand-crafted cured meats. Stay tuned for more details - you won't want to miss this one!
