Use the simple game of Bingo to make wellness fun and stick to your routines. Pick up at Bingo card at the Front Desk, and get playing!
Simply look at your Wellness bingo card each week to see which activities you will need complete. Don’t like a task on one of the lines? Pass and choose from the 12 total line options on each card.
Each week will have a different theme to try out, from sports to nutrition tasks. Each card that you complete with all the tasks in a line can be turned in for a chance to win that week’s prize. Complete all 8 weeks for an entry into blackout bingo prize. Now, that's a good BINGO!

We're giving you a taste of personal training, squash, yoga, and a few group exercises to give you the opportunity to explore all four departments in 1-hour. There will be four stations where members will spend 12 minutes at each station doing the specified activity. Sign up at the front desk and feel free to bring an outside friend to the class for free! Inspirational Member of the Month: Jim Jean-Francois 🎉
Most people at SACDT will say that the members make it so unique. One member in particular is the heart of the squash community and yet you will find him present in each department. He is one of the most sincere and fittest fitness and squash advocates, which makes Jim Jean-Francois our inspirational member of the month!
Jim is a diehard. His typical day starts with teaching a fitness class before sunrise, coming to The SAC to join his early morning squash group and then returns at night after his working day to play what? More squash! In between waiting for his next game you will catch him on the fitness slay or doing some type of brutal strength training, saying he needs to "get in shape!" He is the first person you want on your team, his enthusiasm and love for sport is an inspiration and makes you feel like you can win any battle.
He always makes new players at the Club feel welcomed. He'll jump on court with them and offers valuable advice. Jim has also assisted our squash academy players with a fitness regimes in the past and easily gives up time on the weekends to play with some of our junior players. We are truly privileged to have Jim as part of our SAC community!

We are incredibly excited to announce our March Employee(s) of the Month are Annelize Naude and Tatu Murronmaa!
Upon their initiation to the club just over one year ago, Annelize and Tatu have reinvigorated the SAC Squash Department with their passion, energy, and world-class expertise. Their warm and caring personalities are a magnet that draws our squash community together. In a short period of time, they have become a vital and integral part of our team.
When they are not on the court, you may find them on the ski slopes or the golf fairway. Annelize is also a professional DJ and spins for various venues, and Tatu is taking on the PNW full force and preparing for hiking season.
Please help us congratulate our two squash superstars!
