Bellini is happy to announce the addition of Executive Chef Patrick Frank to our restaurant family. Patrick brings 30+ years of cooking experience, along with a passion for regional Italian cuisine and a commitment to using local ingredients. Patrick will be continuing our tradition of handmade pastas, breads and desserts. He has worked at several local Seattle restaurants, including Café Presse and Vito's, and most recently ran his own personal chef and catering company -- Cochon Catering. When he's not working, he's doing his best to raise an adventurous eater (his 3-year-old-son) who is as likely to ask for Brussels sprouts as he is to ask for chicken nuggets. Score one point for Chef Dad!
