Serious Pie and Biscuit

Be wary this place smells delicious! And the space is unique. The entrance on the ground floor features Serious Biscuit during the morning and lunch until 3 pm. Head upstairs to the loft seating for Serious Pie while you look over the pastry production area for all the restaurants! We have a full bar downstairs with over 20 taps and over 60 bottles and cans of beer!

[05/08/17]   We will be closed tonight, Monday May 8th, for a private event. Please visit our sister location on 4th and Virginia St, or check out Cuoco (handmade pasta) or Bravehorse Brave Horse Tavern (21+ American cuisine) on Terry Ave in South Lake Union. Please message me at with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

[05/02/17]   Maybe if we change our hours to Summer hours the sun will come out? Eh, worth a shot!

We are now open until 10:00pm Sunday through Thursday, and until 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Shine on Seattleites!

Turkey Rub-3.5 ounce

Happy Thanksgiving! It is my favorite holiday of the year. One of my favorite meals ever is cold pumpkin pie, smothered in whipped cream with a hot cup of coffee on Friday morning.

We will be closed all day on Thursday the 24th so our team can celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. We will be open for a full brunch service at 9am on Friday, the 25th. Come down and get some biscuits before you do your black friday shopping.

And if you need any tips from Tom for your turkey, here is a fun video of him doing his turkey thang.

[11/09/16]   We will be opening at 9:00am tomorrow morning, Thursday the 10th for all of your biscuit needs, wants, and desires. We apologize for any inconveniences for our late start. Please email with any questions or concerns! Cheers.

[11/09/16]   We cannot wait for our event tonight with Dru Bru. It is sold out! Lumpy couches, old school video games, pizza, and most importantly BEER!!!

If you are not attending the event, our upstairs mezzanine level will still be open, however please expect slightly longer wait times as we will have limited seating.

Additionally, we will be closing at 8:00 this evening for an employee morale party directly following the Dru Bru party. Cheers!

Buy your tickets now! We have collaborated with our good friends over at Dru Bru to make a specialty beer for the Serious Pies. We're going to have an old school pizza party with suds and grub. Ticket comes with a growler, a voucher for a fill up at the Dru Bru brewery in Snoqualmie Pass, a t-shirt, a pint of beer, and pizza!!!

We cannot wait! Try a pint of Serious Bru at any Serious Pie location, or up at the Dru Bru taproom starting on November 9th! at Dahlia Lounge
