Hey Crew: We really need some folks who are around to help us serve women and children in need by serving at Mary's Place Rotating Shelter right here in the UDistrict. Our greatest need is for people to take two hours to play with the children of these homeless mothers. Let's do this! Please note the mandatory training! It's worth it!
Anyone interested in volunteering with World Vision at the Outcry Worship concert this Saturday? In exchange for serving, you'd get to see most of the concert for FREE. Check out the details below:
Date: Saturday August 12th, 2017
Time frame: 5pm-10:30pm; Volunteers must be able to stay for full shift.
Featured Artists: Jesus Culture, Lauren Daigle, Bethel Music, Chad Veach, Local Sound, and special guest, Martin Smith
World Vision volunteer description - Volunteers will be handing out child sponsorship packets, answering questions, and aiding others in signing up to sponsor a child a few times throughout the evening.
Location: ShoWare Center, Kent, WA
* All Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, or 16-17 with an adult. All Adults are welcome to serve!
To SIGN UP: Contact Morgan Ward, firstname.lastname@example.org - She will need the following information for EACH person in order to send them a volunteer ticket: first and last name, age (if they're a student), email address, and phone number. Once volunteers are signed up she will be sure to send them all the details about parking, entrance, check-in etc. for the day of the show.
