Fusion Kung Fu

Confidence. Strength. Community.

Martial Arts can be an enormous tool for building self confidence, inner and outer strength, team work skills, self analysis, respect and compassion for your peers and a belief that you can do anything that you put your mind to. All of which teens need and want in this stage of life, and, adults too for that matter.

Self defense is also an integral part of the curriculum at Fusion. Through self defense students learn to set boundaries, learn to become aware of their surroundings, deescalation skills, how to defend themselves if someone grabs them, harasses them, etc. These aspects, and more, give them the vocabulary and fortitude to navigate pressures of middle school, high school and college, dating, and can help them avoid dangerous situations.
