It was really hard to find sustainable abalone. Good thing Hajime never gives up! We are proud to serve the finest abalone available, responsible raised in Kona, Hawaii. It is much more tender and flavorful than other abalone as well. Sustainable is delicious!

Tataki Tartar is one of our absolute favorites! In true Japanese style, this tartar is expertly flavored with herbs such as shiso and scallions (depending on which fish is being used). Topped with a quail egg, this masterpiece is not to be missed.
