The Performance Fix is Small Group Personal Training. The focus will be on the basic movement patterns: hip hinge, squat, push, pull and loaded carry.

The Performance Fix focus is small group personal training. These 50 minute sessions target the five basic movement patterns that include: hip hinge, squat, push, pull and loaded carries with an emphasis on strength and conditioning. The low client to coach ratio makes it small enough that the “personal” in “personal training” is not lost and workouts are designed so that our clients work together making “getting stronger” more fun.

[04/15/17]   I hate when people say how "lucky" so and so is that they look like they do or perform like they do...but if you want to think that, feel free to join them at 5am at the gym on their day off, or spot them as they push themselves on every set, or watch how they eat when they want to eat something else. That isn't luck folks, that's dedication and hard work. Don't confuse the two...

[11/17/16]   Yesterday was the One Year Anniversary of The Performance Fix. I've never been great at self-promotion (which is horrible for a small business owner) so you would have never known. However, as I thought about it, the more I thought that events like this should be celebrated.

Starting a business, regardless how big or small is a scary thing to do—and with no outside investment is even scarier. When you hear the statistics of how many fail within the first few years, I am proud that The Performance Fix has exceeded first year expectations. We now have several trainers, more classes, a growing community and social media following (several being re-posted on some of the big boys' page like Ultimate Sandbag and Perform Better).

Thank you to all my members, Sonja Demco, Adrian Mendez and Shea Leonard for bringing your positive energy to my small dojo. We strive to always be ahead of the curve with what we do here and could not have done it without your support! Happy Birthday to my second baby!
