ZUM and Arivale are teaming up to offer you a month-long spring wellness challenge: Feel, Perform, and Look Your Best!

Arivale will be at ZUM *tonight* at 6:45 pm to help kickstart healthy change with our free ZUM U: Behavioral Change.

Starting May 15, we'll be offering you the support, guidance, and accountability you need to help you create healthy habits, one small change at a time.

Each week, both ZUM and Arivale will offer you one new challenge. You'll track your daily progress, make notes about how you feel, and be awarded points for achieving your goals.

What sort of things will we be challenging you to do? Here are a few examples:
Keep a food journal
Meditate daily
Drink half your body-weight (in ounces) of water
Sleep 8 hours
Attend 2 classes or complete 2 1-hour workouts

We'll check in weekly, offering support and content to help you hone in on that week's goal.

ZUM will provide you all the materials you need. All you need to do is opt in! It's free and the three members who earn the most points will win a wellness prize package.

It will end on June 15th and wrap up with a party and awards presentation on Friday, June 23rd.

Behavior change can be hard...but it doesn't have to be.

Is there a healthy habit (or several) that you have always wanted to make part of your routine? A wellness coach from Arivale is here to help you make it happen!

Arivale will be hosting TOMORROW'S *free* ZUM U workshop on creating habits and changing behaviors at 6:45 pm.

This interactive presentation will discuss why it can be difficult to make behavior changes and establish new habits, what healthy behavior change looks like, and most importantly, how to get started today making the changes that you've always wanted to make. All participants will leave with a toolkit to set you up for success!

It’s not too late to throw on your stretchy clothes and join Sara for her last Friday pilates class at 11:00. We will miss your positive vibes and strengthening sets, Sara! Thank you for your years of instruction! Hopefully, it softens the loss to know that Sara will still be around ZUM to sub classes. And starting next week, our lovely Mo will be teaching in her place.
