As we begin the 8 DAY countdown to the closing of this FB page, and the launch of our new Mollusk Brewing page, we thought we'd take you through Seattle brewing legend, Cody Morris', journey from his early days w/Epic Ales to the rise of Mollusk Brewing: June 2009 Epic Ales LLC is licensed by the state of Washington and the TTB. It all began in a 400 sq ft space that once housed a salon in the SoDo neighborhood. It was a fully electric one barrel system (31 gallons). There were 3 taps for beer and only four stools. Right behind the bar was the brewhouse. The first three beers released were Solar Trans-Amplifier (rice Saison with ginger an chamomile), Terra-Saurus (shittake stout) and Otto-Optimizer (Turkish coffee Porter). TONIGHT: AUSTRALIAN POP-UP DINNER featuring Chef Mark Delos Reyes
Seattle chef, Mark Delos Reyes has returned home after galavanting around Australia cooking at some of Australia's best restaurants such as Print Hall, Perth and Cumulus Inc, Melbourne.
Mark has worked predominantly in fine dining - however, this pop-up has been inspired by Melbourne restaurant - Cumulus Inc, a restaurant that thrives on uniting fine dining and family style food.
Mark's laid back approach to this pop-up is to transform ordinary bar food using Melbourne's influence, creating a fulfilling experience with family and friends.
There are only 120 tickets on a first come, first served basis --- book and invite your friends to this unique dining experience!
