This Seattle restaurant community is so cool. We met Ferrell Alvarez, chef/owner of Rooster & the Till last fall when his friend Eduardo Jordan of Salare Restaurant recommended Eden Hill and we've been communicating about this collaboration ever since. So honored to be asked to participate!
Beyond stoked to be challenging the crew with this introduction of a five installment collaborative dinner series with some of the country’s most buzzed about chefs who’ll join us in creating a meal intended to showcase the U.S.’ most forward-thinking cuisine.

- Michael Gulotta (New Orleans’ Mopho Mid-City, Maypop Restaurant; Food & Wine Best New Chef, 2016)
We did it! @maximillianpetty's guest chef night at @_farestart was a smashing success! Max prepared a three course meal, serving king salmon, brisket, and profiteroles with @mollymoonicecream to 225 diners. The FareStart students were engaged, eager, and so tremendously successful. Bravo!
If I can math right, the dinner should have raised at least $6,500 and all of it going to fund FareStart students. Thanks to all our family, friends, and customers for coming out to help support this fantastic program.
