Seattle Dining: An All-Day Food Enthusiast Adventure

sautemagazine.com Seattle is a gastronomical paradise with upscale and progressive food spots all over the city! If you're looking for the best Seattle food, it's here.

They're just so pretty!

The once-fashionable pink sea scallop, a less-sweet scallop with a hint of the clam’s nuttiness and a pinch of oyster brine, is making its way back to Seattle menus.

Rooster & the Till

Who wants to go to Florida with us?!

This Seattle restaurant community is so cool. We met Ferrell Alvarez, chef/owner of Rooster & the Till last fall when his friend Eduardo Jordan of Salare Restaurant recommended Eden Hill and we've been communicating about this collaboration ever since. So honored to be asked to participate!

Beyond stoked to be challenging the crew with this introduction of a five installment collaborative dinner series with some of the country’s most buzzed about chefs who’ll join us in creating a meal intended to showcase the U.S.’ most forward-thinking cuisine.

First up are Branden and Noel (Ichicoro) on April 30. Look below to see a schedule plus all our guests' credentials.

Also slated to cook with the R&tT crew are:
- Maximilian Petty (chef/owner, Eden Hill, Seattle; semifinalist, two-time James Beard Foundation Rising Star Chef Of The Year, 2016 & 2017)
- George Sabatino (chef/owner, Aldine Restaurant, Philadelphia; Foodable no. 1 restaurant)
- Gabe Erales (chef, Dai Due, Austin; Noma Test Kitchen, Tulum)
- Michael Gulotta (New Orleans’ Mopho Mid-City, Maypop Restaurant; Food & Wine Best New Chef, 2016)

We did it! @maximillianpetty's guest chef night at @_farestart was a smashing success! Max prepared a three course meal, serving king salmon, brisket, and profiteroles with @mollymoonicecream to 225 diners. The FareStart students were engaged, eager, and so tremendously successful. Bravo!

If I can math right, the dinner should have raised at least $6,500 and all of it going to fund FareStart students. Thanks to all our family, friends, and customers for coming out to help support this fantastic program.
