We understand that God brings a unique and personal presence in the context of His church. Thus, we whenever we gather, we seek to Encounter God in three very distinct ways. First, in worship. Worship allows us to personally connect with God, loving and praising Him with all of our hearts, minds and strength. Second, His word. Through the centuries, the Bible has been used by God to speak to our world. Understanding this, we give a significant place for the teaching and preaching of scripture. Finally, each other. We believe that the ministry of Jesus Christ continues through the members of His body, the church. As a result, we provide a place for the ongoing ministry of Christ to continue through the gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit in each believer to others.
[05/24/17] Looking for towel donations! The Delridge Community Center has free showers for the homeless and are averaging 15 showers a day! That number will increase as the weather is warming up. Do you have any spare towels? Bring them by the church or contact the office.
Thank you to all the helpers big and small who came out to clean up ARK Park today! What a difference was made!
The 3rd to 5th graders had a fun time with our visiting missionary from China. She talked to us about her ministry but also played fun games. Pick up gummy bears using chopsticks and get an oreo in your mouth without using your hands!
Thank you to the Chief Sealth International High School baseball team for their help with ivy removal and putting in new garden beds for the church and ARK Preschool.

Unfortunately, we must cancel/reschedule Snowblast this weekend. Ghormeley Christian Camp has lost power to 1/2 the camp (including heat), roads to camp are closed & they haven't let the food truck get thru yet so no meals could be provided at camp.
We have rescheduled Snowblast 2017❄️for March 17-19. Ghormeley is packed in snow currently, judging how this winter is going so far, I am guessing we will still have quite a bit of snow in March!
Thinking of you all this weekend❤and praying for a AWESOME Snowblast in March!!
