New Year’s resolutions come easy but are hard to keep going.
In a few weeks from now, the Gym at night is going to be back to the way it ever was…like the Mariana Trench with its vertical challenge of depths, it produces a special tribe of life that thrives.

Over the years I have faithfully and with tourette syndrome precision vowed, bubbles and well wishes notwithstanding, NOT to let my clients book me anymore on Mondays.
As if. Who was booking anyway? I was. If they wanted to come
on my day off, off went my day. So there.
And Nobody expected 2017 starting the way it did. So why did I give my Mondays away?
The strength and magic of resolutions work when we are able
to know why we truly yearn for change.
I had my message twisted. Besides, we humans have the tendency to ride out the threat of change until things totally do not work anymore. The stubborn twist toward evolution’s end.
And how about what you do not want, tends to persist? Waking the tiger - is waking yourself up.
I do not know how many people did not want Trump. There are indications it was the majority of the American people.
But there it is. Like Leonard Cohen’s indelible poetry, i.e.
“Ring the Bell that still can Ring”….we will prevail.

This is a new day and fresh snow has fallen over night. I
walked blissfully along the river. This is one of the wondrous fires the heart melts and distills into the juice it lives on: beauty and awareness of it….

I later successfully booked clients on other days than Mondays.

If you are in a rush and can't come in for a relaxing facial, try this at home (pantry style): 1 tbs of raw organic honey, 1 tsp organic lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon and a drop or two of Essential Oil Lavender. Make a paste. Take a small brush (fan brush works) and paint all over face, neck and decollete...leave on for at least 10 min.
Presto: fresh and brighter skin. Try also on hands and arms!
