Noisy Water Winery Santa Fe
219 W. San Francisco Street

-DRY WHITES-
Tighty Whitey White- A pinot grigio blend to awaken your senses with its mouthwatering aromas that work into a refreshing middle and a smooth burst of honey, peach, and hint of spice to finish.
$20 Bottle

2018 Chenin Blanc- A New Mexico twist on a classic varietal! Our Chenin Blanc displays crisp apples on the nose, a sweet melon middle and a smooth honey finish.
$24 Bottle

2019 Skin Fermented Chenin Blanc- Old, yet modernized, version of skin-fermented white wine with the indigenous yeast from our vineyard to start fermentation. Roundness in mouth-feel and complexity. Pear and stone fruit jump from the glass and balance out with a creamy soft tannic finish.
$33 Bottle

2019 Skin Fermented Chardonnay- Also known as orange chardonnay or amber chardonnay, this type of wine is made with month long skin contact in barrel. Nuances of butter and quince bring out the depth of this gorgeous old-vine chardonnay!
$33 Bottle

2018 Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay- This Chardonnay is layered with show-stopping flavor and texture. A fresh bouquet of citrus and stone fruit opens into a bold, toasted, and buttery middle. Exceptional hints of smoke and vanilla make for a dazzling finish to each sip. While excellent by itself, extraordinary pairings include poultry or seafood, especially lobster and scallops.
$27 Bottle

2019 Nuevo Verde- This wine is our omage to the great Vinho Verdes of Portugal with our own New Mexico twist. Citrus backbone, bright, fruity, and easily paired with or without dinner.
$27 Bottle

Sierra Blanc- Sierra Blanc is named after Sierra Blanca mountain that watches over Ruidoso. Balanced citrus and orchard flavors, with hints of grapefruit and orange, and crisp snowy mountain finish.
$21 Bottle

2018 Muscat of Alexandria- Typically left sweet across the U.S., our limited batch dry Muscat boasts explosive ripe fruit on the nose, a citrus middle and a delicate honey and orchard fruit finish. This varietal originated in Egypt, is rumored to had been Cleopatra’s favorite wine, and is believed to be one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence.
$33 Bottle

-DRY ROSE-
Rose Heyyy- A dry, medium-bodied rosé boasts stone fruit and floral notes on the nose. Freshly picked raspberries and a slight strawberry finish make this dry rosé hard to put down!
$24 Bottle

-DRY REDS-
Big Legs Red- Big Legs boasts a sexy, playful nose with a hint of enticing spices to follow. A smooth, fruity start and a medium body builds into a robust explosion of savory flavor, leaving you wanting more.
$24 Bottle

2017 Sangiovese- Considered a staple Italian varietal, you’ll find an abundance of tart cherries on the nose and palate, with nuances of earthiness and tea leaves and a finish of medium tannins and racy acidity.
$22 Bottle

2016 El Cabrón Viejo- Technically translating to “the Old Goat”, this blend of 30% Tempranillo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet Franc is back and better than ever. A sweet, peppered nose and light spiced finish makes this limited reserve perfect for all our favorite "cabrónes" out there!
$24 Bottle
2017 Dirty Pinot Noir- Presenting a raw, unfiltered Pinot Noir in its earthiest, dirtiest form. Leather and tobacco on the nose lead into viscous, medium bodies dry red, satisfying the curious wine drinker in us all.
$25 Bottle

2019 Nuevo Nouveau- A meaningful first harvest for us after taking on a neglected vineyard, and breathing new life into dying vines. Ripe, juicy, dark berry notes walk onto the palate with low tannins and a medium bodies fruity backbone.
$29 Bottle

2018 Dolcetto- Aromas of soft toasted chocolate on the nose, followed by figs, prunes, and berries in the middle, finishing smoky and smooth.
$35 Bottle

2018 Cabernet Franc- Typically blended, we’ve decided to showcase this Bordeaux varietal in its raw, explosive tannic form. Black cherries, blackberries, and cocoa are abundant on the nose and initial senses. Bold hits of leather, mocha, and plumb leave you with a plump, smooth tannic finish.
$46 Bottle

2018 Pinot Meunier- One of the most popular wine grapes grown in France and typically done sparkling style with limited skin contact, we’ve made a limited batch, rustic dry red displaying black plum and nuances of bakery spices. More full-bodied than a Pinot Noir and slightly more tannic.
$44 Bottle

2018 Wine Maker’s Select Merlot- Pronounced blackberry on the nose leads into a velvety middle, finishing with hints of cherry, vanilla, and tobacco. A perfect pairing with almost any meal or no meal at all!
$36 Bottle

2017 Malbec- Aromas of mocha, molasses, and tobacco trigger an absolute love at first sip. The mid-palate showcases plum, blackberry, and robust tannins, leaving room for a light chocolate finish that is driven by dark fruits. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor, from the field to the bottle.
$44 Bottle

2017 Pinot Noir- Grown in one of the toughest growing regions in the USA, our New Mexico Pinot Noir boasts explosive cherry notes, with a backbone of dark fruit, perfectly marrying into a jammy, vanilla, tannic finish.
$40 Bottle

2017 Absolution- In a true sense of Absolution, we’re wiping the slate clean with our tireless strive for perfection. Bold, dark berries on the nose give way to maple and vanilla on the mid palate, finishing smooth with spice and a full tannic body.
$84 Bottle

-SWEET WHITES-
