An interdisciplinary program offering an undergraduate Minor and graduate Master of Arts degree in the School of Art, College of Liberal & Creative Arts. Fall Admission only for the graduate program. Designated a "Distinctive, High-Quality" program by the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE), and a participant in WICHE's Western Region Graduate Program, offering tuition reciprocity for residents of the 15 westernmost states. “The courses that I took during my studies at SFSU allowed me to have direct contact with outstanding professionals, from diverse areas in the museum field,” says Fernanda Valenzuela Hurtado, who will start an internship this September at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. She is also an intern with LACMA Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Her past internships include the The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York and Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology at UC Berkeley. Go Gators!
