Perhaps an overstated headline, but "The Party's Over for Over-hyped Startups with No Long-Term Business Plan or Revenue" may have been a tad too long. Those of us old enough to remember 1999-2001 should be utterly unsurprised. Foursquare's valuation is down 67% from its peak.
