How often should you use your Bed of Nails? We recommend 4-5 times per week at least, or, if possible, several times a day!
Lie on the BON Mat with your back and put the BON Pillow under your neck. Then cover yourself with a blanket and relax. After a while you will feel how the warmth spreads over your body and pain decreases. 💆♀️
Aim for a 15 minute session to give your body and mind a break. 🧘♀️ (More or less time is totally ok, too!) Just in case, set an alarm, because while you're relaxing on your BON, you can easily fall asleep...😴
