I dropped off some black pasta with lump crabmeat and wild mushroom ravioli for a catering event this week. When I got to the door and let the person who answered the door know who I was, and she yelled up the staircase “Hey Ma, Tony The pasta guy is here!”!!! I LOVE being THE PASTA GUY!!!
We created lots of rosemary and garlic, and pesto, black pasta and Old fashioned plain egg noodles this weekend Foret rehearsal dinner next weekend! Very exciting stuff here
