I have always been a proponent of multi-channel marketing and distribution. Today, convergence of digital marketing and digital distribution strategies is happening at a rapid pace. Read more about it in this article from PhocusWire. https://bit.ly/2LK28vu #TuesdayTips #hospitalitysolutions #hotels
phocuswire.com To be successful in this era of convergence, travel providers must think more strategically, not just about inventory, but about how they’re selling entire experiences.

“Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them — work, family, health, friends and spirit and you’re keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls — family, health, friends, and spirit — are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged, or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life.” ―Brian Dyson, former vice chairman and COO of Coca-Cola #lifegoals #MondayMotivation #hospitalitysolutions

"The kind of people that all teams need are people who are humble, hungry, and smart: humble being little ego, focusing more on their teammates than on themselves. Hungry, meaning they have a strong work ethic, are determined to get things done, and contribute any way they can. Smart, meaning not intellectually smart but inner personally smart." -Patrick Lencioni

Bravo Acre. Excellent response to an unfortunate customer experience.
When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
We failed to plan that so many of our loyal patrons would come out to support our last Burger Night. The demand exceeded our supply, and we just couldn't keep up.
Our guests came in with a reasonable request for us to meet an expectation and we did not deliver. For that, we are truly sorry. It was never our intention to promote a product or service and then not give it to you. That is deceitful, and goes against the morals and ethics of every single one of our team members at Acre. We truly would never do that.
A valuable lesson was learned. Thank you to the members of the community and our friends that reached out to us last night and shared your concerns. Through accepting our failures we can only hope to learn, train harder, communicate better, and strive to offer better quality and service.
We sincerely hope you will forgive us this shortcoming and allow us the opportunity to serve you in the future. Thank you.
