We failed to plan that so many of our loyal patrons would come out to support our last Burger Night. The demand exceeded our supply, and we just couldn't keep up.

Our guests came in with a reasonable request for us to meet an expectation and we did not deliver. For that, we are truly sorry. It was never our intention to promote a product or service and then not give it to you. That is deceitful, and goes against the morals and ethics of every single one of our team members at Acre. We truly would never do that.

A valuable lesson was learned. Thank you to the members of the community and our friends that reached out to us last night and shared your concerns. Through accepting our failures we can only hope to learn, train harder, communicate better, and strive to offer better quality and service.
