[11/17/18]   Who else be like this post workout👀this was me after my last max session from this week and man was it was a good week😅 this how I celebrated hitting all my attempts this week and setting prs on every lift😁 and I feel like y'all like these dancing montages anyways💀😂 335 lb reverse grip bench, 365 lb squat, and 485 deadlift lb.

New deadlift PR! Hit 485 lbs and that bitch felt heavyyyy😂Pretty exciting considering I've only been back dead lifting for 6 weeks! Before I ran this round of my full body strength building program, I maxed out and could get more that 425 off the ground (mainly because I didn't deadlift for half a year lol). Tbh I never thought I'd get close to 500 so easy so soon lol in 6 weeks be on the lookout for a 500+ deadlift.

I didn't deadlift for so long because I didn't know how to mix it with squatting every week multiple times a week. I ran an experiment with this program the past six weeks and I discovered the best way (for me at least) to squat and deadlift twice per week and still have time to recover enough to perform my best for each.

I'm telling you: reps with a certain percentage of your max will get you strong af. Train it minimum two times a week and work with between 70-85% of your max on any given day. Mix that with sufficient volume and frequency and you'll get not only stronger but bigger too!

Yesterday was like😬 new max squat 365 lbs. I wish I went a little lower than parallel but I'll take it😅 I'm up over 30 lbs on my squat in 6 weeks following my strength program🤷🏿‍♂️ link in bio by the way only $15/month for access to my strength building, muscle building, and fat burning programs and diets!

Fun fact: I've done nothing but squat and deadlift (only 6 weeks dead lifting) for my legs really and they've grown like crazy. I'm starting to realize that with the proper program, diet, frequency, and volume you can grow any muscle group with only a couple exercises 🤔

The sh*t isn't crazy hard guys. You just need the proper guidance, plan, and diet. I'm serious. And I'll keep saying it until you listen or sign up for my site and find out first hand for only $15😅💀

[11/14/18]   Tag a friend. 225 lbs for 18 reverse grip bench. Wont lie it low key felt like the bar lmao and I usually don't do this kind of stuff but this is a chill week since I'm just maxing out mainly so I said f**k it🤷🏿‍♂️how many times can you press 225👀 (ladies 135👀).

Clean it off the ground so I know it's real😜

Max out week going great! Finally hit 205 on my clean to overhead press and man it felt good! No leg drive or momentum either so it was pretty strict😁

I attribute my shoulder development to this exercise. If you want them to get rounder, get this lift to 185+ and then talk to me again😅

Well my max on reverse grip bench press went up 20 lbs in the past 6 weeks🤗 it was slow af and a grinder but I’ll take itttt! How did I do it? Tag a friend and continue reading!

Long story short: I followed a full body variation of my build your strength program, which will be available this week along with my 8 other programs on my website that only costs $15/month for access (link in bio).

Long story: So I took some time in the past year to understand strength training a little better because I realized that it will be the key to getting bigger since I’ve hit a certain level of progress. Not everyone can just go into the gym and just do whatever and progress their whole life. I realized I’m one of the people that can’t do that. After trying a few things, I figured out what the best way (at least for now) to get stronger and put together multiple programs and ran them myself. Before this one my bench went up about 40 lbs in just a few weeks (aggressive advanced program on my site).

The key is reps with submaximal weight. Aka reps with a certain percentage of your max. Don’t go in and just try to destroy yourself because eventually you’re going to stall and not know what to do. And you don't need a crazy complicated strength program or all kinds of equipment like bands and chains. You need proper programming, progressive overload, food, and sleep lol I’m also considerably bigger which is lit🔥 because I don’t just strength train I do full body workouts every time I’m in the gym so everything is growing!

When training your legs gets you the wrong kind of attention aka the attention that you DIDN'T WANT😂💀 trains legs for girls, gets attention from guys😂yea girls aren't into chicken leg boys no more but apparently gym bros appreciate the leg gains more than them😂 tag a friend who might can relate😂

Tag somebody that needs to see this. If you ever wondered how different your chest would look if you got your bench to 315 or how strong you have to get on the overhead press to get rounder shoulders, then here is a decent reference for you.

I always wondered myself and never had a picture to reference but now I do lol so I wanted to share for the people out there that are working towards goals. Of course there is more to this transformation than just training for strength, but the major difference is strength level on every lift.

Get stronger the right way and you'll get bigger period. News flash: if you plan on getting as big as possible and look the best you can without resorting to drugs, you're gonna have to get stronger (assuming you don't have above average/elite genetics. Trust me that matters lol).

Trust in the compound movements. They are your best friends you'll do anything for. Isolation moves are more like those friends you like to talk to on the regular but also won't clear your schedule for when they try to kick it😂💀

[10/29/18]   Quick one minute guide for you guys today! Tag a friend and save this! Next time you squat, try this warm up routine and you'll feel better than ever. It’ll help you get your form down, loosen up tight muscles, and get your body ready to go heavy!:

1. Stretch to get blood flowing and to alleviate any sore muscles
2. Start with the bar and do 10 reps focusing on form
3. Add some weight and do about 5 reps
4. Add a little more weight and do about 3 reps focusing on your form and depth as well as explosion
5. Go up to about 80% of your top weight for the day and perform 1 rep focusing on depth and form. This is to get your body ready for the heavy weight!
6. Squat!!!!

Squat 4x9 70% of your max

Reverse grip bench 4x7 75% of your max

Deadlift 4x7 75% of your max

So I Ran one round of my "1 Month To Unbelievable Strength" program I created (DM if you want to purchase) and added about 40 lbs to my reverse grip bench after my cut 🤷🏿‍♂️(yes I lost strength and my max was about 275 or less 4 weeks ago).

Big achievement especially considering I’m not a huge guy. What’s next? Well 405 reverse grip of course lmao let’s see where my strength programs can get me in the next 6 months👀(DM me if you want to buy one😁). I plan to be repping 315 in a few weeks too😁
