I'm soooo excited to see Miss Bella this Wednesday for her Spa Day & see how much she has grown!

Spring is right around the corner which means jelly season will be in full swing! Did you guys know every jam or jelly sold makes a difference ? Why? Because it immediately goes back into saving animals like Bella and Luna. When you buy a jelly or jam you help fund the care of an animal. I can't rescue all of them but even just a few a year, I will call a victory! Bella (the dog featured) was a whirlwind rescue that I and a local dog grooming business, Perfect Paws Oasis, sponsored. When we finally got her up and healthy we posted her for adoption and an amazing woman named Kayla came to meet her and fell in love. Kayla has given her an amazing home! Luna (the cat featured) was brought to us by a friend who found her scared and hiding in a tree. She literally weighed nothing, her pads on her feet we're falling off her paws. And I spent many nights up holding her, crying, and wrapping her legs in vet wrap praying she would make it. She finally took a turn for the better and continued to get healthier from there but I had already become far to attached and now Luna resides here at McBride Homestead to always live her life loved. Seriously being a big sappy baby as I type this because I feel so deeply about these animals. And last but not least, all the random farm animals pushed aside after being "Easter gifts" who find themselves coming to live here as there home. So remember every jelly or jam sold this season while help turn an animals life around when they need it most. Thank you to everyone for your continued support, help, and business ❤️

[12/29/17]   Hey y'all!
As some of you know, I was recently in the hospital for 9 days, 2 of those being in ICU. I was finally able to come home a few days ago. I have taken several days to rest. I am going to start back with just grooming one dog a day until I'm completely well.

I have tried to get back with everyone who had appointments or contacted me during my hospital stay, if I missed anyone please contact me.
