Jesus calls us to make disciples. Our goal is to assist the entire family in this commission given by Jesus. Each month we investigate a different topic to guide children and care givers through the land mines of society. For the month of May we will reflect on Jesus' life as He was separated from His Father while on earth. We will use His life to help us learn how to navigate separation issues our families face as life unfolds. Join us at 10:00 for Family Discipleship.
The book of Hebrews is a great tool to show us the link between the Old Testament and Jesus. Join us Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM as we study the links found in Hebrews.

Jesus says in John 4:38, "You reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor."
Thank the Lord for all those who have gone before us and worked so very hard.
Now we need to ask ourselves the question today, "Am I willing to sow what I personally may not see harvested?"
How forceful are right words!
But what does your arguing prove?

Winter in Indiana came. It was a little late but it still made it. For the last three Saturdays we have had snow in Fort Wayne. This has prevented some of our church friends from being able to attend. We at The Journey want to remind you that you can still connect with your church. Go to the web site https://thejourneyfmc.org/ for the latest sermon. You can worship through God's word and also through giving. Even if you cannot get out in the difficult weather, you can keep up with your giving online.
May God bless you and keep you safe in these cold days.
