In times of COVID, Reflections by You at Fairfax is doing it right. I came in for a color and cut. As soon as I entered, I was offered hand sanitizer and my temperature was taken with a “no-touch” thermometer. The waiting area had seating that was socially distanced. The salon wasn’t busy and the customers seated at stations were more than 6 feet apart. All staff members were professional with one another and wearing masks. They provided me with a disposable mask without touching it so mine would not get color on it. Prior to starting services, price was confimed. As Heather colored my hair, she gave me tips on how to improve the condition of it. She walked me through the process as well. I was offered a magazine that no other client had touched and one I could take home with me. This was reassuring yet again that no one else had flipped through it prior and left it here. I felt that communication, transparency and safety were all prioritized during my visit! They made me feel safe in times of a pandemic!
