Two Reasons We Won’t See a Rush of Foreclosures This Fall

We are seeing a very competitive summer market and homes prices are still rising. On top of this the majority of homeowners have a reasonable amount of equity in their homes. The health crisis we face as a country has led businesses all over the nation to reduce or discontinue their services altogether. This pause in the economy has greatly impacted the workforce and as a result, many people have been laid off or furloughed. Naturally, that would lead many to believe we....

[06/29/20]   Monday Morning Message

Hello! How is your Monday starting out? I hope this week is staring out with all of your loved ones well and that you are energized to finish the week strong.

What are you looking for today? Are you hoping and searching for the good things in life? Believe it or not we only see what we expect to see.

Let’s take for example you misplaced your keys. You are in a hurry and you cannot find them. How long does it take one to find the keys that may be in one’s hands? Perhaps you search and search and find them where you looked many times in the past.

There are a lot of things going on in the world. But, remind yourself what it is that you want to look for in your day, your week, your month. Each minute, each hour, each day there are plenty of miracles happening. However, we really must look for the good and the light. Do your best not to focus on the not so good and the dark.

“We’ve all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That’s who we really are.” J.K. Rowling

“Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.” Maya Angelou

“In order for the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must be present.” Francis Bacon

“When you possess light within. You see it externally. “ Anas Nin

[06/22/20]   Monday Morning Message

It is another glorious start of a week! Is this going to be a wonderful and productive week or a relaxing week for you? I truly hope you are well.

It was an “ah-ha” moment the other day I realized I had started something that I want to share with you. I started to become complacent. I realized this because I was noticing I lost my focus; I was engaged more in time wasting activities that do not produce anything. What might be things that you may realize if you are complacent or drifting? I think it is easier than ever before to hold on to your phone and scroll. Scroll through Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and what does this do for you? This allows one to pass time, but is this the right focus? I noticed I was complaining instead of taking action. I noticed I was not really getting into action for myself and the things I desire out of my life.

Maybe you do not realize it and you are stuck. I ask are you ready to face the unknown or are you complacent? Do you realize that we face the unknown every single day? If you are not out of your comfort zone you are in the safe zone. If we look at today and what others may be saying or doing is to stay safe. But are you really safe, and if so from what? Are you ready to be consistent with your life or inconsistent?

So, today is this a day where you could stay safe and healthy, but challenge yourself to get other things done in your life? I am not suggesting drastic movements, I am talking one small step, one small change. Maybe you have not been working out. Maybe you want to garden or be outside more. You may have some not-so good self-talk, self-doubt, or be focusing on the negative. Stopping drift starts with a decision, and then action. Create better feelings for yourself that feel more abundant and good.

“Sometimes success needs interruption to regain focus and shake off complacency.” Lennox Lewis

“Complacency is man’s biggest weakness it creeps upon us when we least expect it.” Jay Mullings

Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” Dr. Martin Luther King

“Complacency is the forerunner of mediocrity. You can never work too hard on attitudes, effort, and technique. “ Don Meyer

[06/15/20]   Monday Morning Message

Hello Monday! Hope you are starting this week in good spirits. What good things did you do in the past few days?

Today is a new day and I am curious what are you looking forward to on this day or for this week? One never knows when it starts how the day will truly end. What are you going to do today to make the very best of it? Today offers a new adventure to you. What is it that you want to create for yourself? Good health? Prosperity? More sleep? Is it a better choice of foods? All of these decisions start with your choice. So, maybe you want an upgrade and I want to share with you the good news. Today you can choose to upgrade your thoughts, your friends, your choice in foods, a better way to feel and to think. I suggest to pick one area for now and realize that with new thoughts new strength for you is on its way right now. Let go of the past (the guilt, the sadness, the feeling of less than) and realize the kind of thoughts you are choosing now-matters now.

A new beginning is here and look for the better, and the warm loving things. Take a bit of time to value and appreciate all of the mini miracles that occur daily in your life. Enjoy your time today, your interactions today, and enjoy this hour, this day and this week.
