1. What anxieties or uncertainties did you have when first hearing about the Six Week Challenge?

“I thought this was some kind of marketing scheme to try and drum up business. I have seen similar online ads everywhere as I search for training and weight loss advice. Once I attended the orientation, I immediately knew Jon was not like other trainers and laid out a solid plan to deliver results.”

2. What have you tried in the past to reach your goals and how was our system different?

“I tried working out on my own, following pushup and sit-up challenges I’ve seen online and anything I could do that didn’t take up much time and commitment. The main reason I was looking for something like the Six Week Challenge was that I run my own business and it's tough to find time to eat right or work out. Going at it on my own was not producing the results I was after.”

3. How easy was it to follow our system of Fitness, Nutrition, and Support?

“Once I set my mind to it, it was actually very easy. The fitness part was nice because I scheduled my workouts early in the morning. Working out before my clients wake up was a good idea, and that forced me to get some much needed rest the night before. I quickly found meals that worked for me and met my allowances within the flexible diet plan. The daily accountability helped me stay focus the entire way.”

4. What would you say to anyone looking to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat who may be apprehensive about the Six Week Challenge?

“Identify your why and your goal then, set your mind to it. Keep positive, use family and social media to help keep you be accountable. You may not see immediate results, you’ll want to cheat on your diet and quit when the going gets tough. Just stay focused and say no to your triggers. After the first two weeks it will get easier as you begin to build these healthy habits. You, and everyone around you, are going to notice the change. Just do it!”

1. What anxieties or uncertainties did you have when first hearing about the Six Week Challenge?

“I was nervous because I felt like 20-25 pounds was a lot to lose in 6 Weeks. My biggest anxiety was that I wasn't going to stay committed knowing that I had failed so many times before. I am known for trying new programs and never following through to say I have completed a program.”

2. What have you tried in the past to reach your goals and how was our system different?

“I have tried so many programs, but the time frame of the program never fit my needs. I needed a short term goal to be put in place to see results in a timely manner for me to stay motivated. I needed a system to where It gave me the opportuntiy to excercise with an amazing support system a few times a week and also for a personal trainer to tell me exactly what I needed to do to complete my goal. Most of the time the support groups are 100% online and this program was different.”

3. How easy was it to follow our system of fitness, nutritition and support?

“The system was extremely easy to follow because we met up 3 times a week and we had the opportunity to choose when we wanted to go. The personal trainers were flexible and it was very managable. All I had to do was make sure to log in my food using their app and stay consistent with cardio throughout the 6 weeks. Its easy to follow a program when you have an amazing support group who wants you to be successful.”

4. What would you say to anyone looking to lose 20-25 pounds or 6% body fat who may be apprehensive about the Six Week Challenge?

“I would say to do it now! In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take. I remember being at the studio contemplating whether I was going to join or not. I knew that I wasn't in the best place in my life and I needed to do something about it FAST! I knew that if I walked out the door that day without signing up, I was just going to keep feeling bad about myself. Just 6 weeks ago, I felt like I was never going to feel comfortable in my own skin. Now, I feel good about myself and I can't wait until I hit another milestone in my fitness journey!”

“I knew it wasn’t going to be easy especially when you have to give up certain foods and start a healthy meal plan, make time for the workouts, and stay committed for six weeks. I love challenges and figured what is there to loose!”

2. What have you tried in the past to reach your goals and how was our system different?

“I’ve tried doing my own diets and working out at home but always failed or slacked off. At home, the motivation is not the same as when you are at the gym having others to push you! It’s challenging but it’s what makes it fun.”

3. How easy was it to follow our system of Fitness, Nutrition and Support?

“Following this system wasn’t hard at all. The meal plan was good and easy to prepare. I was eating six times a day and it kept me full. The work outs at the gym were intense but enjoyable and the support of the instructors was amazing! They’ll help you push through and not give up.”

4. What would you say to anyone looking to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat who may be apprehensive about the Six Week Challenge?

“I would say try it and not give up. 25 lbs. or 6% body fat may seem like a lot to loose in such a short time but I’m proof it’s possible. Once you start seeing the results and changes in your body, it’ll start getting easy and it’ll make you stay focused on the challenge!”

“25 pounds felt like a lot to lose in six weeks. My biggest anxiety was finding the motivation and drive to keep going and not give up. I didn't want to be embarrassed because I couldn't keep up with the exercises.”

2. What have you tried in the past to reach your goals and how was our system different?

“I tried researching different diets and programs but none fit what I needed. I liked having someone give me a detailed list of what to eat. I also liked the support of the group when I felt like eating junk and not going into the workouts.”

3. How easy was it to follow our system of Fitness, Nutrition and Support?

“It was pretty easy actually. There were several times available to come in for the work out. I was able to come in at 5:30am because I am a single mother working a full time job and can't go during the day or afternoon. The meals were spread out enough to keep from feeling hungry.”

4. What would you say to anyone looking to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat who may be apprehensive about the Six Week Challenge?

“It's more than possible. I was so excited when I got on the scale and hit that 25lb loss. If I can do it as a single mom with a busy schedule and 2 high energy children, anyone can do it!”
