Damien is passionate about teaching, and this 2 hour workshop allows him to teach more in depth about the foundational movements and principles of Pilates using the Tower apparatus! She has over 20 years of experience with the movement, fitness, and health/wellness world including previously owning her own studio. Her background includes: martial arts, yoga, Pilates, and personal training! I can't wait to jump into one of her classes! Hello Cville! We hope everyone enjoys this long weekend. We will be closed on Monday, May 27.
Last Friday, the stars aligned, and all instructors were able to get together for “instructor playtime!” We were able to brainstorm about unique client situations, body/exercise modifications, and discussed multiple ideas on how to make your Pilates experience the best ever! Damien led us through a circuit class which was eye-opening and informative. 😊 We had a blast together, and it is so nice to have such genuinely kind instructors toss around problems and solutions in such a fun and respectful manner. Love this crew!
Join Robin on Thursdays for Stretch and Release at 10:15am. This luxurious class is a combination of release ball work for your tightest bits with stretches based on the Stretch Therapy method.
