Hello, I've been calling your office for the past week trying to schedule an appointment and I have not been able to get an answer to have an appointment set up when calling your number to either set it up or to talk to a nurse to make sure it can get scheduled.

Physician supervised weight loss program in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Dr. Lominchar is a caring physician with over 25 years of experience in internal medicine.

She is board certified in both internal medicine and bariatric medicine. As an avid runner, she is committed to improving both physical and mental health. Here's a great low-calorie recipe for salmon!! Quick and easy to make!!

What you need....
-Glass baking pan
-3 oz. salmon filets
-Olive oil
-2 Lemons

Recipe:
-Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
-Place 3oz salmon filets in glass baking pan
-Lightly brush salmon with olive oil
-Place 1 thin slice of lemon on each filet
-Bake for 20 minutes
-Enjoy!!

Recipe:

1 Cup Water
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries
1/2 Fresh or Frozen Banana
