Yesterday part of my Triceps workout, my triceps are my strongest muscle and i love working them out ..

So glad to be back at the gym after almost a week off , i started the week working my shoulders/abs and jumped on the treadmill for 30 minutes HIIT with an incline it was tough at times but had to push through. New goals new challanges.

Lost few pounds last week but ready to work on some gains ,glad to be home and at the gym. #gameon. took years and alot of knee pain to grow my quads and hamstrings at the end its all worth it .#legs.

Keep it simple No Pain No Gain... loving my gains this year.

After a long back/shoulder doing triangle pyramid which in this routine you do descending and ascending pyramids. Set 1 : low weight 20 rep, set 2 : higher weight 15 rep,set 3: higher weight 10 rep ,last set higher weight 8 rep back to back . I haven't swet like this in years using any other resistance exercise routine. Try it out and let me know,don't faint though. #trianglepyramids.

I've been trying to figure out how to take a picture of my back for so long , finally got one or two that's not as bad . Happy progress , little more work needed on the lats but will get there . #backattack.

Happy with the progress I made in three weeks after a long vacation ,And Iam more excited to get back to training others whose wanting to change their diet , build muscle , loose weight or just get stronger .

I tell my clients I eat alot they don't believe me . #lovefood

After eating birthday cake and drinking this weekend I woke up Monday morning and decided to check on my Abs just to make sure, I guess it didn't run away. I haven't been paying attention to my diet recently and the lack of cardio due to time is not helping as well however it's still there so the conclusion I am doing something right:). #starttoningitsbeachtime.

Stability Ball crunches . Crunches can be tough on my back but using the stability ball decrease the pressure on the lower back which makes it less painfull. We all love crunches , another exercise I use while super setting with a big muscle group.

One of my favourite exercises when I Am super setting Shoulders with Abs. Grab a plate and move it using your hip complex from one side to the other,great exercise to tone your hips .

Tonight i made salad with me juicy chicken breasts yummy.

Yep story of my life specially that i have been cheating alot lately lol... its still ok though cause my body need it. Running a business, personal training ( which i love by the way ) and raising two children can be draining at some days .#keepmoving.

You can acheive any goal you set with reasonable time. Set a goal start working on it , measure your progress day by day and you will make it happen. #goalsmadeforeveryone.

Flexing after last week legs session.. iam not a good poser as you see. Working on it :).

Really easy calves exercise can be done anywhere at the kitchen , bedroom, standing in line at wallmart ( just kidding) .. Iam really happy with my quads result though its getting stronger and bigger . #calvesquads.

Most time we ignore our Rear deltoid muscle . One of my favourite exercises . Bent over with your glutes out and straighten your back to pull the dumbbells in a 90 degree angle toward your chest . Very effective .

Iam like lets go while his checking himself in the mirror, he did help me some though.

When your son decides to workout with you, you put him to work specially if your doing legs .

The good thing about push ups is that you can do them anywhere other than it being a great exercise to tighten your whole body muscles starting with your core . #pushupsonthebeachtastessalty.

Glad to be part of a big Martial Art franchise, and happy to be back teaching adults and kids Self defense and how to take care of themselves when they have to. I was trying to put my serious face on but can't do so when you have a ten year old making you faces behind the camera . #promartialarts

Teaching these little ones what my dad taught me once how to defend myself , fight back when i have to ans never give up. I beleive each kid should learn some kind of martial arts its amazing the confident they build through time , how much strength they develop and most of all is how to take care of themselves in bad situations specially in the world we live in nowdays where violence is accelerating. They learn how to be humble and help others whose in need , always realize right from wrong . This been said come check our classes at Pro Martial Arts where there is something to learn for all ages .

When you feel your triceps is about to explode when your not even flexing.. by the way my triceps is the strongest muscle ,maybe cause i used to work it alot but iam trying to make my legs little jealous and push harder. #lovetricpescanthelpit

CALF one of the strongest muscles in the human body as their used regularly . Walking and running becomes impossible without calf muscles. That been said it is important to work them more often to get them stronger . This is one of the exercises you can do at the gym, but the easiest one is the calf raise which you can do while you are standing anywhere wether its the kitchen or the garage.

Let's say iam back doing what i love to do most..will start posting videos of my training sessions and various exercises hitting each muscle group seperatly .

Welcome back abs , it was nice seeing you again :). Your core is one of the most important muscles ,it is the muscle that stabilize your body and give you a good posture so work on it . Strong core strong body.#absisback
