Crescent Fitness specializes in Muay Thai Kickboxing, high intensity short circuit training. Sharpen your boxing and kickboxing skills, learn self defense techniques, improve your strength and endurance, learn a new martial arts discipline or get your feet wet with a one-on-one personal training session. Crescent Fitness gym is located on James Island between downtown Charleston, SC and Folly Beach, SC.

Due to the rise of the Covid cases here in Charleston, Ryan and I will be closing the gym Friday (tomorrow) after the 6am Spartan class to deep clean & sanitize our training space.
There will be no 5pm H.I.T. class but we will operate as usual on Saturday! Please check the website for updates and our training schedule - www.crescentfitness.com
We are doing our best to remain open and create the safest possible training environment during this time.

Celebrating 11 years of training camaraderie, friendships, laughter and love!
We are back on Monday May 18th with a limited schedule....
Monday: 6am Spartan & 5pm H.I.T.
Tuesday: 5pm Muay Thai (NO one-on-one contact, conditioning, abs and bag work) & 6pm H.I.T
Wednesday: Regular schedule (tentative)
During our first class back, we will assess our capacity limitations. No restrictions in terms of number of members will be set for Monday or Tuesday's classes.
If participation limits are required, we will make that announcement prior to Wednesday's classes. In the case that these limits must be made, CF will require a pre-class sign up and once the limit has been reached, no other members will be allowed to participate in the respective class (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Also, during weather-related events, limitations will most certainly be in effect. We will determine those limitations (probably between 6-10 members) and will allow for a first come, first serve policy (Don't be late!).
CF will reserve the right at any time we see fit to cancel or delay any classes for the purpose of cleaning/disinfecting the gym equipment and facility. We are doing our best to open safely and remain open so that we can slowly get back to where we were or maybe even better as a result of this time we have all been experiencing!

Hello everyone! It's that time again..Citadel Bulldog Challenge is here!
Gym will be closed tomorrow Saturday April 20th and resuming on Monday!
We've built some great teams, some new, some many times over! Ryan and I are very excited to share another training memory with y'all.
To all participants that came out and trained their hearts out at the gym and offsite..tomorrow you will shine!!!
Whether participating at an event with us or not, this goes out to all our members, we thank you for the abundant amount of support and camaraderie you've shown us each day, maybe through a fist bump, a positive word of encouragement or just being with us on the training floor, we appreciate it immensely!

Rugged Maniac 2019 - So much fun!!!
Citadel Bulldog Challenge participants...Off-site training begins next Sunday February 10th at 10am! We will meet at the practice field inside the Citadel for a warm up and a light 1 mile jog to some parked sandbags for our stadium climbs at Stoney field. Lots of other "fun" team training will be practiced!
Everyone is welcome to join whether you are participating or just tackling some other personal goals!
