Santa is coming to Bunceton! On Saturday, December 5th at 10:00 a.m., Santa will be at the Lion's Club for kids of all ages to come see. To keep everyone safe and healthy, we will unfortunately not be allowing anyone to sit on Santa's lap. However, you can still talk to him from a distance, bring a letter to put in the mailbox that will be available, or write a letter when you get there to put in the mailbox. (Supplies will be provided to write letters) Treat bags will be available for everyone as usual. While we know this isn't the ideal situation, we are doing what we can during these trying times to keep some sense of normalcy for our kids. We do ask that everyone wear a mask while in the building.
Also, the Lion's Club is hosting a food drive for the Boonville Food Pantry. A box will be available for anyone to bring non-perishable items they would like to donate.
After much deliberation, it has been decided that craft booths will not be available this year. We hope that 2021 brings great breakthroughs and we can return to our usual Christmas celebration. Thank you for your understanding!

Happy Veterans Day!

This video features portions of speeches by Lion PDG Marvin Seidt of LaPlata, Mo., and Temur Tetradze, deputy administrator of Dmanisi, with interpretation by Eteri Suladze, as we celebrated completion of the dining hall funded by the Missouri Lions and Lions Clubs International Foundation. The 50 children attending the ACTS-Lions Ronald James Georgian Diabetic Children's Camp in 2019 will be the first group to enjoy this cheerful and well-built structure in the city of Dmanisi!

Mark your calendars!

One of the wonderful things that Lions Clubs International has done. Everything day is a great day to be a Lion! ROAR!

Today we dedicated the long-awaited Lions Dining Hall at the new permanent home of the ACTS Ron James Georgian Diabetic Children's Camp in Dmanisi, Georgia! Missouri Lions PDG Marvin and Betty Seidt, and Lynn and Pat Porterfield, along with their daughter Cheyenne, traveled to Georgia to celebrate the building's completion. These leaders and their fellow Lions worked many long hours to raise $75,000 for the construction, which was matched by the Lions Clubs International Foundation.

Thank you to the Lions from ACTS and from the diabetic children of Georgia and their grateful families!
