"Friday we will be covering the three most common yoga injuries which include, but not limited to: rotator cuff from chatarunga, low back from forward bends and knees from warrior 2.

This event is for new students to learn proper alignment from the get go, intermediate students to refine your practice, advanced students to avoid repetitive stress injuries, and teachers to learn how to see and modify poses.

Saturday we will go more in depth by looking at the anatomy and learning how to “see” structural issues.

Sunday is your day to have personal questions answered in a yoga clinic setting, like a group private session!" Yoga related injuries are on the rise. What often starts out as a nagging pain or a slight twinge in a pose can quickly become a full blown injury or exacerbate existing issues.
