Desde que Sary Ramírez emigró de su natal Venezuela a los Estados Unidos, ella ya tenía claro su objetivo. La vida en su país giraba en torno al cuidado de la belleza además de enaltecer los atributos de la mujer y Ramírez estaba dedicada al cuidado de ellas a través de la cosmiatría. La cosmiatría es un área de la dermatología que, a través de las técnicas cosméticas, busca darle armonía al rostro y al cuerpo. Lo anterior es muy actual, en el marco de una comunidad femenina que valora cada vez más verse joven y tener una buena apariencia física, entre la relación de lucir bien y sentirse bien.
Una vez establecida en Texas, Sary Ramirez les dio rienda suelta a sus conocimientos y desde el 2005 y paso a paso, se ha conseguido un espacio importante en la ciudad de Austin, Texas. En el 2017 Sary estableció su propio centro llamado Sary Eyebrows & Skincare.
Pero en medio de su progreso, Sary Ramírez, destaca los valores de una comunidad en Austin, que le dio la oportunidad y con nombres propios agradece:
