Hey. I received my order last week, but the package of the 'Mark One' was empty. No response to my e-mails or messages here at facebook so far. I did not had the plan to donate 75$. Do you have customer support at all? Are you planning to answer my request on any channel? Hoping to solve this at the end. Kindly.
The Mark One is an incredible work of craftsmanship. Thank you for creating such a wonderful pen! (Also, the Panobook is awesome too)
Just got my Panobook today! Thank you for keeping me updated from start to finish. And your panobook(s) came in just in time for my birthday lol... perfect timing! :D Just got my Panobook today! Is it normal for The Canopy to fray after being used once or twice? The edges of the case are already shredding and it's been treated pretty delicately, so I'm a bit surprised to see it falling apart so quickly.

I really want a couple Glifs for my iPad Pro 10.5"
Arrived today. Now to see what mischief I can get up to with it. 😃
When you get all excited because the postman couldn't deliver something, go to the post office to collect it only to be disappointed that it's the dashcam you ordered from China last week and you're still waiting for the item that was paid for on the 8th of May. How long do we have to wait guys. Your pics of it are just a an absolute piss take now. (Apologies for the language, but it's nescessary.)
Money been collected, can't wait to see the finished article. I might get some use out of that time lapse timer I bought yet. 😬

Inspecting a new round of Mark One mechanism parts. Sometimes I forget how complex this part is. Our manufacturer hit it out of the park. No burrs, cleanly machined. 🎉 @ Austin, Texas

Material Dock bases after step one of a five step finish process.

Back to prototyping finally!

Mountains of Mark One packaging in the driveway.

Glistening 3D resin prints fresh out of the machine. Into the Iso bath with you! (These are samples of the high-temp resin plugs we are using to mask the end hole during the Mark One Cerakote application.)

So satisfying to machine cork.

Checking specs on the first production sample parts for Mark One!

The click machine is willing and ready for some production parts to test!

It’s been a long time soldering iron.

We’re making a machine to test click the Mark One a million times. This is one of the parts fresh off the 3D printer with it’s supports still on.

Ok, so I know we posted paper swatches last week, but oh my, @gfsmithpapers elevates paper sample books to an art form. Look at these details! Thanks @scharf_10 for the hookup!

Not many things more satisfying than visiting the paper room at Clampitt Paper and getting a bunch of sample books.

Honing in on the exact gloss level of the Cerakote on Mark One.

Got this cool surface finish reference standard for QC on Mark One. Going for 0.8 and 0.4 on most critical surfaces.

Go laser go!
(Watching the new SLA printer make some Mark One prototype parts.)

We are blown away by the support you have shown Mark One on Kickstarter! It seems to be on track to be our most funded project ever. This little animation looks simple enough, but took over a week to animate.

Made a lettering!

Shipping Panobooks from @theodeecompany.

Surface prep testing: 40psi vs 80psi on 80 grit Garnet.

We call it “the giraffe.” Quick and dirty custom ID groove cutter.

These high precision aluminum rods came with an awesome sheath thing. Too bad I’m gonna grind them all up!

Remnants from making a bunch of Canopy micro suction pads on the die cutter. Very satisfying to pop a stack of these out.

Lookin' through the loupe.

We have a podcast called "Thoroughly Considered" and sometimes that feels like a really accurate name.

Finally jointed to Mitutoyo club. 0.0005 accuracy coming my way!

Looking at some illustration styles for Panobook packaging. #sonice

Designing a custom fit corrugated mailer for Panobook. Tricky to get just right.

Lots of ink/pencil tests on Panobook courtesy of @imyke.

Today we launched Panobook on Kickstarter! Finally we can show you what all those paper and print samples were for. Check it out on Kickstarter, link in the bio.

Manually turning metal parts on a lathe requires lots of planning. Way more than programming. Machinists should get more credit!

We're asked all the time about the accessories we use for the Glif; so, we put together a handy guide. Link in the bio.

First chips on a new toy.

Sliced! (Just in case you wanted to know what it looks like inside of a Glif.)
