Private Strength and Performance Training
Tap into your health and fitness potential. Functional strength training is one of the best preventative health care options. This is not a big corporate gym and not a place where reps are demanded without caring for form, health and safety. Here, we prioritize range of motion and quality of movement with a focus on functional and fundamental strength building exercises. In your initial visit, we will start with a comprehensive screening to assess your body's strengths, weaknesses, flexibility and any imbalances. These results will provide a guide for your path to reaching your fitness goals. My role will be as a coach, a motivator and teacher. I want to see you reach your personal goals and my goals, which is to have you feel better, move efficiently and train effectively. It's in your hands and I'm here to support you.
