Covid-19: Free Tools for Managing Chronic Pain at Home

Chronic pain sufferers: During these challenging times it is common to worry about how you might manage chronic symptoms at home. It is also common to experience a flare-up of existing chronic symptoms. This is a normal, human response. Many chronic symptoms (and flare-ups) can be safely managed at home through science-based techniques. Curable is an app that’s specifically designed to guide you through this process. Several of Curable's most popular audio exercises are currently available to the public for free at this link: https://www.curablehealth.com/covid-19

I met these folks while attending the APTA's Combined Sections Meeting in February. They have a lot of great content and science-backed self-care interventions. Curable is also working with healthcare professionals to help provide access to their tools free of charge. As such, they have granted me the ability to offer you 6 weeks of free access to the full Curable program. If you are interested in this, please comment here and I will send you an invitation to begin the program and receive 6 weeks free.
