Toasted paleo bagels with cashew cream cheese.

The cream cheese takes awhile, as the cashews need to be soaked in water for 4-8 hours.

Soak one cup of cashews, drain and transfer to a container for blending.

Add 2tbsp lemon juice, sea salt to taste and additional seasons of choice. I used Everything Bagel seasoning.

I tried a nutribullet, however I found that an emulsion blender worked better to make it creamy.
