This Martial Arts studio provides the community with a wide range of classes, including yoga. With the strength and conditioning involved in Martial Arts, Yoga is the perfect way to balance your body with increased flexibility and core strength. You will undoubtedly notice the difference before and after your workout because yoga improves your breathing, helps strengthen your balance, and relieves the lactic acid in your muscles. This class is also open to the public, all classes are donation based and everyone is invited to join us.

Hello! Thank you for all your support in Martial Arts of Austin's Yoga. We would like to announce that all our classes are changing from donation based to $8 walk in fee.
But, until November 1st we have a special deal going on! You can buy 10 classes for $50, making each class $5. On top of this, if you sign up in the 2 week requirement you will also get two Sunday classes for free!

[07/09/14] Happy hump day! We will be gathering for yoga @ 9:30 this evening. If you are planning on attending martial arts it's so very important you try to stay for yoga class. We create so much heat in our bodies throughout the day, especially during a work out. If this heat is not circulated and sent to the areas of our bodies that it's needed, we are stunting our growth. Breath and movement linked together stimulates a calming sensation. It also gives the muscles a chance to expand and breath allowing them to be relaxed and ready for your next training. Give it a try. :)
