Pro Tip - Here’s a simple hand measure system for portion sizes:
* Your palm determines your protein portions.
* Your fist determines your veggie portions.
* Your cupped hand determines your carb portions.
* Your thumb determines your fat portions.
The more you share this secret, the easier it gets for everyone to eat a balanced meal ❤️
The amount of sugar found per donut can be recalibrated to show how much sugar is found in these beverages.

Hello Friday Jr! What is fueling you towards the weekend? These ladies are fired up at one of our HIIT Bootcamp classes. 💪🏼

No bench? No problem!
Lay on the floor with a dumbbell over your head use its weight as a tool to propel your lower body up and off the floor towards the ceiling (as shown in video)
No dumbbell? Place your hand away from your core on an angle and push towards the floor as you elevate your legs and torso up 💪🏼
Did you know that you can track your meals by using the App “My Fitness Pal” on your Android/IPhone?
It is completely free! All you have to do is download the app and create an account.
Once you create your profile, you can add your goals, how much weight you want to gain/lose, your activity level, current weight/height, etc.
But how do you navigate the app?
There’s several ways:
By simply clicking the “+” selection, you can begin monitoring your food, water intake, exercise and weight!
Cool gadget about it: Several restaurants are found on the app, therefore the calories and macronutrients are automatically filled for you by selecting your meal.
