1970 Plymouth GTX 440 Six Pack Restomod

Brent brought us his awesome 1970 Plymouth GTX 440 six pack car for the full RSS restomod treatment. We've rebuilt the engine, carburetors and transmission. Sheet metal repair to floors, trunk, rear cowl, and both rear quarters. Also new paint, upgraded suspension & brakes, interior, wheels, tires and custom headers & exhaust.

Adam's 1969 Mach 1 protouring Mustang build

Adam sent us his 1969 Mach 1 for a complete protouring build that would sound like fire and brimstone and tear the street and track to shreds. We installed a Total Control front coilover conversion with Maier Racing spindles and big Baer front disc brakes. Also a power steering rack conversion, strut brace kit and tilt column from Total Control. Out back the Mach 1 got a coilover narrowed 4-link, subframe connectors, mini tubs and narrowed fuel cell from Detroit Speed, along with Baer disc brakes. The engine is a 351 Windsor based 408 stroker with AFR cylinder heads, Edelbrock Victor Jr intake, Comp rockers, Comp lifters, Comp pushrods, Comp timing gear, Lunati bootlegger cam, MSD Billet Pro distibutor, MSD 6AL digital box, MSD coil, Powermaster one wire alternator, Powermaster mini torque starter, Canton Racing oil pan & pickup, Canton Accusump, Improved Racing remote oil filter & cooler, GZ Motorsports vacuum pump, ATI balancer pulley, March serpentine kit and topped off with a Holley Sniper EFI. Engine is backed up by a 6 speed Tremec T56 Magnum transmission and custom aluminum driveshaft. Rearend is a narrowed Currie 9" with limited slip POSI. Fuel is delivered to EFI by an in-tank Aeromotive pump. Exhaust is custom ceramic coated longtube headers from Ford Powertrain Applications, our own 3" custom exhaust and electric cutouts from Kindigit. Gauges are from Autometer's custom shop. Dash is a dry carbon fiber piece from MMR, intended for S197 Mustangs. Vintage Air heater and controls. Joe's Racing switches. We built the car a rollcage and fabbed up all the sheetmetal interior panels. Wheels are 18x11 Rotiforms wrapped in 305 wide tires on all four corners.

1967 Shelby GT350 Restoration

This car came to us as a painted shell with miscellaneous boxes of crusty original parts, some there and many missing. We restored every original part that was savable (including rebuilt & restored gauges, rally pack, polished mouldings, steering components, distributor and starter), and source the rest required to return it to it's original luster. The engine bay and inside doors had been painted body color, so we fixed that. Engine bay, undercarriage, rearend, driveshaft and suspension components all are correct now. Original Shelby wheels were sent out for refinishing.

Finished off Adam's 408 stroker engine for his 1969 Mach 1 protouring build with this GZ motorsports vacuum pump setup. We also switched from a Performer RPM intake manifold to a Victor Jr. Now back to dyno tuning.

Once again, Steve brought us his classic Mustang coupe in for upgrades. This time, we installed a complete Holley Performance Products Sniper EFI system. This is the first time we've used their in-tank fuel pump kit, and it worked awesome in conjunction with their Hyperspark distributor, ignition box and coil.

Dave brought us his 1969 Plymouth to install a 383 crate engine, new clutch and flywheel, longtube headers, custom exhaust with electric cutouts, Quick Fuel carburetor, billet distributor, one wire alternator, aluminum radiator and Dakota Digital gauges.

Happy family picked up their Mustang today, and are driving it home to San Diego.
