[07/09/15] We started a new six week session of Les Mills GRIT Tuesday night at Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion! If you still haven't tried this workout, DONT WORRY! Meet Bob on the racquetball court this THURSDAY NIGHT 630pm for 30 minutes of HIIT focused on jump training (PLYO). Grab your bench and come try a class for FREE!
The next session of GRIT starts this week! It will run from Tuesday July 7th until Saturday August 15th. Because it is vacation season, the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion has agreed to prorate amounts this session! So, just let me know what week or weeks you will be missing and we will prorate accordingly.
