Founded in 2001 by Steve Saunders, and headquartered out of Central Pennsylvania, Power Train owns and operates over 28 locations in eight states across the eastern United States. Saunders, an active member on the Under Armour® Worldwide Training Council, has provided best-in-class sports performance and fitness training to pro-athletes and individuals of all ages for over 20 years.
