E60 Fitness provides specialized small group training classes designed to build lean muscle and burn fat. Personal training and open gym are also offered.

E60 Fitness (formerly Next Phase) is an innovative fitness studio and health club designed to help members achieve the next phase in their physical and mental health abilities. Conventional gyms often provide different types of classes as well as free weights, machines, and additional exercise equipment that members can use at will. While this works well for some gym users, it can be intimidating, monotonous, crowded, and timely to constantly plan out workouts. E60 Fitness, serves to appease those situations by providing top-notch instructor led workouts with full equipment in small group settings. With no-contract memberships, our studio can also be used in supplement with a conventional gym membership.
The crux of our business is our progressive fitness class, Elevate 60, which is a high-intensity interval training class that incorporates strength training, cardio, and functional/athletic training into a single class. The workout changes daily to keep your body from going into maintenance mode. In the class we utilize a combination of various exercise techniques to optimize fat loss and lean muscle gain. These workout classes are provided on a comprehensive schedule, where members can sign up for participation 7 days a week. It truly is a unique experience, so we offer a free class to anyone who wants to try it out. Come check us out today!

“I started going to e60 classes 22 months ago and I've been pretty consistent with 3 -4 classes/week. I'm a runner and I love half marathons...before starting at e60 I would cross the finish line exhausted, coughing & gagging and at a slower pace from where I started. I felt like I could not take another step!

Since attending the classes my endurance, strength and stamina are through the roof! I now cross finish lines with the feeling that I could keep going. I've had 3 sub-2 half marathons, finished in the top 10% for my age group in 4 sprint triathlons, completed a marathon where my last 4 miles were negative splits (which means I ran progressively faster with each mile!) and I've run a 6:58 mile on a training run! I've gained muscle in my legs, glutes and core and as a result I've had fewer running related injuries - woohoo!

Stretching at the end of the workout can be very beneficial for your circulation, reducing soreness, and increasing your recovery time. We always perform static stretching as part of our cool down routine after a tough workout!

We’ve got great news! We’ve opened up our private training rooms for open gym use during classes!!

That means you can now workout on your own whenever we’re open.

No contract memberships are just $40 per month, or just $15 if you’re an existing class member (Phase 1-3)

Our private training rooms are equipped as follows:

Cardio Equipment: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes, Rowers

Strength Equipment: Squat/Bench Rack, Barbells and Bumper Plates, Leg Press, Functional Cable Trainer, TRX, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells

Functional Equipment: Battle Ropes, Slamballs, Swissballs, Sliding Discs, Rollers

Ladies, lifting weights will not make you big! In fact, it will help do the opposite! Resistance training is more effective at burning fat and shaping your body then cardio.

Trust us, males (with their increased testosterone levels) struggle to put on muscle mass. Females would have an even harder time. Most mass will come through food consumption (same as how most fat loss will come).

Strength training, however has several benefits for any fitness goal (here are just a few):
1) It is better at helping people lose belly fat compared to cardio alone. While aerobic exercise burns both fat and muscle, weight lifting burns almost exclusively fat.
2) You'll burn more Calories on a regular basis. The more lean muscle you have, the more active your body works, which means more Calories burned and more fat burned.
3) Strength training can re-shape your body and enhance muscle tone
4) Strength training will increase your mental strength as well. It has many influences on your mental toughness, confidence, and emotion

As with all exercise though, it must be executed properly and consistently to realize intended results.
